1. Agreement and service
These Terms govern your use of the ReplaceHQ iOS application, website, and related services operated by Carr Identity Group LLC (“Carr Identity Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using ReplaceHQ, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
ReplaceHQ is a reminder utility for physical items you choose to track. It helps organize user-confirmed item details, schedules, locations, notifications, and replacement history. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms. ReplaceHQ is not directed to children under 13. If local law requires parental consent for a minor, the parent or guardian is responsible for providing and supervising that consent.
3. Accuracy, maintenance, and safety
AI identification, visible product details, suggested locations, and replacement intervals may be incomplete or wrong. Review and edit every generated field before saving. ReplaceHQ does not replace manufacturer instructions, required inspections, qualified service, or professional advice.
Do not rely on ReplaceHQ as the sole reminder for fire safety, life-safety equipment, vehicle service, medical devices, legal compliance, or other critical obligations.
4. Local use and data responsibility
The core app is designed to work locally without an account. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of information and photos you enter or submit. Do not use ReplaceHQ as the only copy of information you must retain.
Deleting the app or local data may permanently remove local records and images. Device backups, exported copies, and shared files are controlled separately.
5. ReplaceHQ Pro subscriptions
ReplaceHQ offers ReplaceHQ Pro through Apple’s App Store as an auto-renewable subscription. The configured United States prices are $3.99 per month or $19.99 per year, with no introductory free trial. The exact price, currency, billing period, taxes, availability, and renewal terms shown by Apple before purchase control if they differ from this website.

- Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation.
- The subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple before the renewal date.
- Manage or cancel through iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions or the in-app Manage Subscription action when available.
- Deleting ReplaceHQ or its local data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
- Restore Purchases checks the current Apple ID and does not require a ReplaceHQ account.
- Refund eligibility and processing are controlled by Apple and applicable law.
The free app supports up to three active tracked items, including optional photo identification for items the user chooses to create. Pro removes the active-item limit so photo identification and tracking can be used across an unlimited inventory. StoreKit entitlement is separate from any future app account.
6. Apple license terms
Your license to the iOS application is also subject to Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s required app-license terms, Apple’s terms control for the app license.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse ReplaceHQ, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, upload illegal or infringing material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to abuse provider-backed analysis or bypass usage controls.
8. Intellectual property
ReplaceHQ, its branding, design, software, and original content belong to Carr Identity Group LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of information and photos you create. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process content for features you deliberately request.
9. Third-party services
ReplaceHQ may interoperate with Apple, Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, and other disclosed providers. Their services may be governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond our reasonable control.
10. Availability, warranties, and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplaceHQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect identification, delivery of every reminder, preservation of every record, or suitability for a safety-critical purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carr Identity Group LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, missed replacement or service, property damage, or decisions made from inaccurate generated information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using ReplaceHQ at any time and delete local data through the app. We may suspend access to network services for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through Apple.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as features, laws, or business needs change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
